Family house in the Swiss alps with chickens

About this assignment

We are looking for someone to feed the chickens, eat their eggs, leave the house clean and tidy and enjoy a summer break int he Swiss alps.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Feed and look after the chickens (basically let them out in the morning and make sure they have made it into the coop in the evening). Leave the house clean and tidy.

What are the good features of the property and location

The house is a large village house, dating to 1890, completely renovated 2016-8. It sits in the heart of the Swiss Alps in the french-speaking part of Valais. Countless walks, bike tracks, lakes and many other attractions can be found in the surrounding area. Day trips all over Switzerland are possible. Italy and France are a short trip away.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

The only "duties" are to take care of the chickens which takes a few minutes per day. Otherwise we ask that you leave the property clean and as you found it.

Can I bring my own pets?
