Five month stay with Sweetie & Bondo in Asheville NC

About this assignment

Sweetie and Bondo love hiking everyday! We usually do a 1.5 hour loop and sometimes longer when exploring. There are so many trails in the Asheville area. A sitter who loves hiking is a must. The dogs are used to a gentle and quiet person.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Sweetie and Bondo are fed 2 times per day and get a treat after a hike.
They have a large fenced in yard with a dog door. There is a bird feeder to fill. We have lots of different birds. They are low maintenance and loveable! You have use of my car.

What are the good features of the property and location

The closest trail is a 4 minute drive and lots more within 20 minutes. Downtown Asheville is just 8 minutes away. We are in a neighborhood. There is a small garden. My space is a 500 square foot charming basement apartment overlooking a large fenced in back yard.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

My landlord who lives upstairs prefers quiet and a single person. Sweetie and Bondo also like quiet. They are used to walking on trails. I really don't want them walking on pavement, especially in the summer.
