Spanish house and dog sit Costa Blanca

About this assignment

I am looking for one or two people to look after my small dog and keep the house safe and secure on a gated, small urbanisation.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

To walk and feed the dog. Obviously respect my house, and belongings. Water pot plants.
Keep my house secure and safe. Always make sure doors are locked.

What are the good features of the property and location

I have a typical Spanish casa on an urbanisation, with roof terrace, bedroom balcony and downstairs patio. Small kitchen, with hob, air fryer, microwave. Fridge freezer etc. Lounge with Aircon and ceiling fan.
It is on a good bus route into the town of Torrevieja. Plenty bars restaurants near, but not too close! I am right on the famous pink salt lake, the healthiest place in the world according to WHO. Plenty lovely walks. Even better if you hire or come by car. Beautiful places to visit. Gorgeous beaches etc.. there is a communal pool on the urbanisation.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

A small payment towards the costs of electricity, and water.
I try to use ceiling fans, and use the Aircon spareingly as it is expensive. Never leave Aircon on when you're out!
My dog is a rescue dog and I've not been able to stop her barking, which is ok most of the time. Living on my own I do feel safer because of that. She is excellent on the lead and usually off it by the lake etc..

Can I bring my own pets?

Yes
Restrictions: Another dog friendly small dog would probably be ok.
