About this assignment

I am looking for a house sitter who is responsible, tidy and good with cats and dogs. Someone who will not be out of the house more than 12 hours at a time.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Walking the dog 2-3 times a day, feeding the dog and cat, changing the litter every 2 days. Playing with the pets as needed and making sure they are safe and cared for.

What are the good features of the property and location

Wifi available. Community pool available for use. Located under an hour from local beaches. Location makes it easy to go to Tampa to experience nightlife, dining, and all that Tampa has to offer. Location is also easy to visit Sarasota which has beautiful beaches and traditional Florida lifestyle.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Sitter must be comfortable with larger dogs and cats. Sitter must be willing to take dog on longer walks with 30 minute walks two times a day each or one 1 hour walk once a day. Must not be away from home longer than 12 hours to let the dog out.
