About this assignment

We are looking for a reliable responsible person or a couple who are able to take good care of our house and old horses.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Water indoor plants and garden.
Keep the house clean as found.
Take care of two old horses including putting hay out , fill some hay nets and cleaning small paddock each day. 10minutes walk from house.

Edwardian house with period features.
Located in the village of Claygate south west of central London on the edge of the green belt.
Easy access a few minutes by foot to great walks through passing farmland, open fields and woodland.
Hampton Court palace and River Thames under 4 miles away.
London Waterloo station is 35 minutes by direct rail service from Claygate station.
Food stores, coffee shops, restaurants and pubs all within 10 to 15minutes walk in the village.
Fast internet and cable tv.available.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Some experience of horse care required.
No pets allowed.
No smoking in the house.
No additional guests allowed at any time.
Good local public transport links - not necessary to have own transport.
