Sitter for 2 cats in beautiful Tacoma

About this assignment

We are looking for a quiet and conscientious caretaker for our 2 beautiful cats. Primarily interested in a single person or couple (LGBTQ+ friendly), but open to other ideas.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Providing food, water, and cuddles for our two cats — Chuckie (Orange, ~3yrs) and Mitzy (Siamese, ~5yrs). Thet have a cat door so they can go in and out freely (although they love to convince you to open the human door for them). Both cats also go outside to do their business so no cat box duties. Chuckie and Mitzy are cuddly and love to be pet and played with so it would also be great to keep them happy with affection while we’re away.

What are the good features of the property and location

Centrally located home with plenty of room. Small back yard and a decent neighborhood. Close to transport and walkable to the restaurant/bar districts on 6th Ave and MLK. King sized bed, full bath.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

We will not have a car available for the house sitter and only offer street parking. My mother is about 30 minutes away and we also have a good friend less than a mile away in case anything comes up.
