About this assignment

Someone patient and kind who understands anxious rescue cats. This cat is shy, soft and gentle. He has abandonment issues as he was found living in a car park, and so likes to know someone is staying.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Feeding Arthur, my rescue cat 3 times a day. Cleaning litter tray once a week.
Providing company to him as he gets very anxious home alone.

What are the good features of the property and location

This is a large Victorian, lower ground flat. It’s 400 metres from the river, with beautiful parks nearby, and 5 minutes walk to the station, which takes 25mins to get to Waterloo. You are also 25 mins walk to Richmond.

The flat has sole use of a two tiered garden, with comfy sofas, and table area.

It’s got a modern open plan kitchen and conservatory.

One king sized bedroom, and cosy living room.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

I need someone who patient and good with rescue cats. He is a soft and kind cat, that get frightened when left alone for long periods. So it’s fine to go out, but looking for someone happy to be around flat and not looking to be out all day and all night in a row.

Can I bring my own pets?
