Lovely home on Epsom Downs - super friendly cats & hens

About this assignment

A quiet person who loves cats. Our cat hates loud noise but she’s very affectionate and friendly. We also have 2 hens that have to be fed and cleaned - so experience with chickens is great but not essential. They live in a custom built run that is easy to access.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Looking after our cat. She gets anxious if she doesn't get quality knee time!

With the hens, they need feeding and cleaning, low maintenance.

What are the good features of the property and location

We love our house - we think you will too. It is a two bedroom semi in a quiet road and 10 min walk to Tadworth station. It also has a drive and is very near a bus stop to Epsom, Reigate and Sutton. We have a large garden which is great to sit out in on a nice day.

We overlook Epsom downs and have access to miles of great walking trails. The North Downs Way can be accessed on foot which leads to Box Hill and Denbies.

There are several great pubs nearby in both Tadworth and Walton on the Hill.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

We would like to meet you ideally or speak on the phone and FaceTime or WhatsApp video call.
We house sit too so we know what it’s like !
