A nice person or people, very Kind and caring, reasonably fit due to our energetic loving cocker spaniel, otherwise trustworthy and hopefully reliable. Plenty of affection.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Walk dogs twice a day, morning and afternoon, and let the cat in and out when she asks and feed pets. House to be kept reasonable.

What are the good features of the property and location

Easy parking, right on the edge of beautiful Dartmoor, hours drive to north and south beaches in Devon, lovely market town, interesting historical facts of Tavistock.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

My 18 year old son lives here but is rarely around. Hopefully that won’t be a problem. We live on an estate. Quiet area.

Can I bring my own pets?
