About this assignment
A cat lover, preferably female (that is what my cats are used to) who wants to spend some time in the beautiful city of Portland Oregon.
What responsibilities are required of the house sitter
*Emptying litter box once a day
*Feeding twice a day
*Keeping 1 cat from going outside but allowing 2 cats to go out through cat door
*Giving some love to the kitties
*Collecting mail
*Putting recycling, garbage, yard debris out on Monday if needed
What are the good features of the property and location
I live in walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, parks, grocery stores, and city buses, My house has a deck and small garden to enjoy.
What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment
I do not have air conditioning but I do have a partially finished basement which usually stays pretty cool in summer. I also have a portable air conditioner that can be put in one room.
Can I bring my own pets?

Fantastic experience
I had a great time staying at Kathy's place. All of the cats were adorable in their own particular ways, with their own unique personalities, the house was very comfortable and had everything I needed, the location was great, with easy access to public transport and walking distance from some really nice areas (Hawthorne, Division, etc.), and Kathy could not have been more welcoming, friendly and helpful. It was a wonderful experience and I would go back again in a heartbeat.
