What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Water plants and take care of my dog. Rent is free, utilities are not. Great house and location. The plants are watered once a week. Liza has a big backyard but loves walks. She is very good on a leash.

What are the good features of the property and location

Pool, close to highways, beach and shopping. House has all updates like new roof, New windows and doors. It is a 2 bedroom 1 bath with laundry.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

The sitting would involve watering plants once a week and taking care of my dog. She is 65 lbs American stafford terrier. Housebroken and loves attention.
