House sitter and guinea pig care

About this assignment

We would like someone to treat our house like their home and enjoy it whilst also keeping it how we left it. House sitters will have the full house and garden to enjoy at their leisure

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

We will expect you to look after two young guinea pigs which includes daily handling and outside time daily (weather dependent)
Daily cage spot cleans and a full deep clean once a week

What are the good features of the property and location

Our property is in a semi rural location with great access to lots of walks to near by country parks.
We also have a bus stop on the street to take you too two local towns and a train station 8 minutes walk away to take you into Manchester city center

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

The only thing people would need to consider is parking is on the road we have no drive and also noise must be kept to a normal level.
