What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Letting the dogs out into the garden during the day. Maggie is an active dog. She goes for a morning walk around the block then a longer walk to the park in the evening. Maggie has a bell which she rings to be let into the back garden. She has food intolerances so is fed a special hypoallergenic diet twice a day. Travis is 15 and has arthritis. He sleeps for most of the day but needs to be woken up to be let out into the garden for wees. He has poor thermoregulation as a result of his age so you will need to keep an eye on him, if he gets cold we give him extra blankets. He is fed tinned wet food 2-3 times a day,however, Maggie is allergic to his food so they must be fed in a separate rooms. Travis is taken for a walk around the block once a day.

What are the good features of the property and location

We live in a recently renovated 2 bedroom bungalow within walking distance of Temple Newsam park. We have a spare room which is setup as an office which would be ideal for anyone who works from home.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Must be available full time as the dogs are used to being around people and are only ever left on their own for a maximum of 4 hours.
