What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Typical cat care - feeding, twice a day litter box cleaning, brushing her long fur and picking up occasional hairballs. Taking care of the house and keeping it clean.

What are the good features of the property and location

Very desirable neighbourhood of Cedarvale. Beautiful two storey, very well appointed kitchen. Home has large backyard. Outdoor furniture, gas barbecue. Walking to most amenities including a variety of restaurants. Subway is a five minute walk away. Ravine/trails that lead all around the city within a five minute walk. 15 minute subway to downtown Toronto and all of its culture.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Our cat often likes to sleep at the foot of a bed with humans so we would like that the bedroom for be left open for her to enter. Although she is not extremely vocal, she wants attention, stroking and petting.
