I have 2 small dogs and a cat. They are playful and loving. For occasions they can't go outside, they are pee pad trained. There are 2 dog parks in the community. They love to play with other dogs

What are the good features of the property and location

My home is located in very active retirement community. It's located in Central Florida. Orlando or Tampa are 90 minutes away. That's about the same distance to either coast.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

I scheduled a cleaner to come in the day before you arrive. I want to make sure you will be comfortable. Great place for recent retirees. Very active community

Can I bring my own pets?

Yes
Restrictions: Smaller dogs preferred.
