What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Care for Alex and Kai, two well behaved pups who love to play in the big backyard and sleep in their kennel together. They love people. They can be alone up to 8 hours during the day but need to know someone is in the house with them at night.

What are the good features of the property and location

2 bedroom house is on an idyllic, safe, peaceful residential street. Neighbors walk and ride bicycles with children daily. Across from an elementary school.
Walk 1 block to the bakery and the forest park. Puget sound is 1/2 mile away. Public transportation 1 block over.
House comes with a car and two bicycles. Also a hottub, garden, and large fenced backyard.
Fridge and pantry are both stocked for your use. Help yourself to in-house laundry machines and in-house exercise equipment. Free wifi.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Our house is available from June 25 to July 31, 2024. I will be reachable by email, text, and calls during that time.
Please care for our home and our pups as if it were your own.
