Best dog ever.!
I'm looking for someone who loves dogs, will walk with her in the woods and care that her needs are met. She's a good companion!
Water house plants and gardens, keep premises clean and safe. Take good care of my dog. Leave the house as you found it when you leave.
I have a gorgeous home in the shadow of Mt Sunapee and five minutes from the lake. Private location with pretty views of nature and sunset.
She will need the ability to walk a good distance with my friend. Also need to decide if a private rural location is a good match for her/his needs.

A Peaceful Tranquility
My husband and I had a lovely house sit experience at Robins warm, spacious and scenic home with a mountain view surrounded by woods and trails. Robin was warm and friendly and responsive to all my questions .It was nice to come a day earlier to meet Robin and Goose in person and get accommodated to the house and Goose. Goose is such a sweet, smart and chill dog. I’m not sure who enjoyed our hikes more in the woods, Goose or me! Goose is a well trained dog that also knows the trails behind the house well and just as Robin said Goose stayed by me with no need for a leash as we hiked! We stayed in a lovely bedroom that was very comfortable. Lake Sunapee is lovely . The town and surrounding area is quaint and rural. However there is a supermarket and restaurants nearby. The kitchen has all you need to cook at home. I hope to come again.

Sunapee Serenity with Goose
Robin’s home is a true reflection of its setting—welcoming, spacious, and comfortable, with everything in good order and fully functional, yet never feeling like a museum. All the essentials were provided, and the atmosphere made it easy to settle right in. I chose the kitchen island counter as my workspace, where open patio doors brought in fresh mountain air and framed a view that changed hour by hour. The back deck became a favorite retreat morning, noon, and night—clouds drifting across distant peaks by day, watercolor sunsets in the evening, and a dome of stars overhead after dark. Caring for Goose was as enjoyable as it was easy. She is cool, trusting, and knows exactly what she wants—a wonderful companion both at home and on the road. One favorite moment was when I left the car hatch open while unloading groceries in the driveway. When I came back out, Goose had hopped into the back of the car, waiting expectantly for our next outing. She was equally happy hiking the trails, riding along in the car, or simply keeping me company. The location itself is postcard-worthy, with trails that wind through towering trees, past old stone fences, and up mountainsides. Dining choices nearby offered excellent meals, and the recreational options were abundant. A highlight of my stay was a scenic chairlift ride up Mt. Sunapee for live music at the lodge on a perfect Sunday afternoon. The lift closed before sunset and I had to return to the base prior to dark, but the sweeping view from the top was unforgettable—and I’d gladly return someday to stay long enough to see the sun sink behind the horizon from that vantage point. In summary: this sit combined a gorgeous home, an outstanding companion in Goose, and a setting that captures the very best of New Hampshire. If I had discovered this corner of the world earlier in life, it might well have changed my course.

Nature and New Hampshire At It's Finest
This house is surrounded by nature. Each morning, with the windows open, the sounds of birds greet you. Peace is ubiquitous. The house and surroundings are pleasant. Sitting on the porch in the early morning with Goose, Robin's dog, and a delicious cup of coffee became an almost ritual. There are woods and trails just out the door. Goose knows them all well and is an excellent guide and companion; whether at the house, on the trails (at the house or elsewhere), or simply "coming along for the ride", she is an excellent companion and I enjoyed her company. If you're going, she loves to be with you. She loves to be outside. She doesn't like loud noises. Robin left good instructions and had good local recommendations. I wish I'd been able to arrive a day or two before the assignment began; an illness prevented me from doing so (Robin worked with me regarding this). I believe an earlier arrival so I could become more familiar with the area and have an actual introduction time with Goose would have made the stay better. I did get to spend a bit of time with Robin before departing, which was enjoyable. She has a good heart, for certain. All in all, a truly great place to stay and experience New Hampshire at it's finest.

Beautiful home and great dog highly recommend
Robins house is absolutely gorgeous. It has everything you need for a great stay. Situated in Sunapee. There’s lots to see and her dog Goose was a great and love able dog. Super easy to take care of and you can walk her right outside on all the great trails in Robins backyard. Highly recommend this stay!
