About this assignment
We are looking for a responsible, trustworthy, NON-smoking, pet-loving person or couple (no kids please). Must be able to provide references and ideally have experience on this or other housesitting sites.
What responsibilities are required of the house sitter
Care for our cat (feeding, litter box, TLC) and home while we are away, bringing in any mail and packages, and taking out the trash and recycling bins.
What are the good features of the property and location
Excellent location in midtown Atlanta. Walk to Piedmont Park, shops, restaurants. Close to all Atlanta's big attractions like the Georgia Aquarium and World of Coca-Cola (short drive).
Renovated, spacious home to call yours. Guest suite includes queen bed, sitting area, full bath, and wifi. Full chef’s kitchen. Hot tub in the backyard.
What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment
Our cat is easy to care for. Most of our sitters ask when they can return! No smoking, no guests please. Must have references! Please let me know why you would like to sit for us.

Great experience & an amazing dog!
I had such a positive experience housesitting for Jocelyn's family home and their cute pets, Charlie the dog and Jax the cat. Since I was local, Jocelyn took the time to show me around the home in person and orient me to the space. She emailed an incredibly detailed and helpful welcome packet as well. Their house was clean and spacious and I felt right at home. The location was incredible -- a safe and quiet neighborhood walking distance to Piedmont Park. I also fell in love with Charlie! He was the most well-behaved, easy-going and chill dog. I took him to the park, the dog park and down the Beltline without any issues. I never wanted to leave him! All in all, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend it to future potential sitters.

Beautiful home near Piedmont Park - Atlanta
Thank you ,Jocelyn for trusting me to care for your home and loving pets( Ace the dog, Jax the cat, Steve the rabbit, and Mr. Turtle ... the turtle ) . I enjoyed the clean, comfortable and welcoming home, especially at night having Jax on my lap and Ace by my feet keeping me company while watching TV or reading a book. I totally enjoyed taking long walks around Piedmont Park and walking around the neighborhood with Ace. The house is in a great location and Jocelyn a pleasure to sit for. Her instructions were clear and responded quickly to my texts . The experience was very positive and I recommend Jocelyn's home for anyone who wants to house sit in Atlanta.

Pet sitting for 2 dogs, a bunny and a turtle
Ive pet sit 3 times for this family and just loved it every time. Their house is always clean and their pets are well cared for. Ive always pet sit in April when the weather is fantastic and all the flowers are in bloom. I stayed in the bedroom in the bottom level with an adjoining bathroom. The first week of April is a fantastic art show at Piedmont Park and they also have an area to walk dogs. The house is easy to find and in a good neighborhood. The homeowners have been wonderful to work with, You will enjoy Ace their BIG dog and their sweet fluffy bunny. Jocelyn is easy going

Midtown getaway
Jocelyn was a pleasure to sit for. She gave clear instructions for her easy to care for animals and was responsive if any questions or concerns arose. I have housesat on a number of occasions and have always found a clean, comfortable, and safe environment. The area is great and my buddy Ace loves our walks to nearby Piedmont park, the belt line and Morningside nature preserve.
