About this assignment

I don't want to do vacation rentals but would like the peace of mind having a person(s) that is respectful and responsible living in my house. I'm not sure how many months this will be available before I need to utilize it myself so another reason not to do long term rental.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

There are no pets, but I do keep water out for wild animals and birds. Just be aware of things like a water leak in the irrigation system, or something that needs a minor repair in the house.
I would expect the sitter to pay electricity and water which averages less than $125 a month

What are the good features of the property and location

It is a little house (just 600 square feet) but only 2 years old and in a quiet neighborhood. It is 47 minutes from Sedona, 61 from Prescott, 93 from Sky Harbor airport in Phoenix and just 2.5 hours from the south rim of the Grand Canyon so it is an easy day trip to explore from.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

This house is located about 5 miles from the center of Camp Verde to services. It feels quite rural. There is a Dollar General store a block away and a hiking trailhead 0.4 miles away.

Can I bring my own pets?
