About this assignment

I am looking for an animal lover who doesn’t mind a clingy wiener dog, and someone who is communicative and tidy! I live in a small mountain town, so if you like all the outdoor things, my apartment is for you!

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

animal care, general cleaning during your stay, dog walking, feeding animals, enjoy the views, have fun, enjoy town, sit by the river and just enjoy :)

What are the good features of the property and location

My apartment is downtown, just a couple blocks from Riverside Park. You can easily bike or walk to the river, downtown area and stores. I have a cute little courtyard area and amazing neighbors. I also have WiFi, Smart TV and a room with a queen bed to call yours during your stay.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

I do have 2 dogs with different personalities. Both doggos do love attention and affection! Henry is my 3 year old rottie, who is very sweet but does not know his size. He is excitable, so still working on “stay down”. Lucy is my sweet pea little Dachshund who is a stage five clinger, very affectionate, but does have little dog syndrome and sometimes barks at other dogs on walks. She’s harmless:)
