About this assignment

We're looking for someone warm, reliable, and calm who truly loves dogs and treats them like family.

They should value routine, communicate well, and be present, caring, and structured. It’s less about house-sitting and more about being a steady, kind companion to our small poodle mix dog.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Keeping our dog on her routine - daily ball time at the park, meals on time, and being a kind, calm presence at home. She’s very easy to look after, but she’s not used to being left alone for too long, so we’re looking for someone who’ll be with her every day.

Regular check-ins and photo updates are appreciated, and communication is key. This suits someone who works from home and is financially stable.

What are the good features of the property and location

A spacious one-bedroom apartment in a safe area of the South of France - just a short walk from the sea. It’s a comfortable space with everything you need, in a beautiful part of the world that past sitters have loved.

The area is dog-friendly, so dogs are welcome in most restaurants. Our dog is well-behaved out and about and loves people.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

You’ll need to be financially stable, reliable, and primarily work from home. It’s a commitment to caring for our dog with real presence, consistency, and affection. If you’re ready to love her like your own and make her routine a priority, we’d love to hear from you.

Can I bring my own pets?

No, sorry.
