About this assignment
We are looking for someone who loves cats and dogs, is responsible, and will take great care of our cat Scar and our dog Otto. Scar is a house cat, and Otto is very shy but friendly once he feels comfortable.
What responsibilities are required of the house sitter
Feed both pets, keep Scar’s water bowl full, check his automatic litter box, and walk Otto three times a day. Give them care and attention while we’re away.
What are the good features of the property and location
Our home is modern and perfectly located — close to Lucerne, the Swiss Alps for hiking and walks, and beautiful lakes for swimming. We’re also only about a 45-minute train ride from vibrant Zürich.
What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment
The house sitter should be a responsible person who loves both cats and dogs. Scar is an indoor cat who may be a little shy at first but quickly warms up and loves to play. Otto, our dog, is more timid and needs someone patient who can give him time to feel comfortable. Both pets are very sweet and easy to care for once they get to know you.
