Sitter needed in September in Chicago

You guessed it! I need a sitter for my dogs.
I have 4 girls, ages 5-20, who are my babies and everything. My white girl believes she'a a lapdog and will cuddle and sprawl on you once she warms up and is a huge flirt on walks. The poodle is my 20 yo and delicate girl. The blond is a sassy queen bee who rules the roost, and black girl is timid and shy, rescued from a hording/rescue situation on an island, but has come a LONG way. :)

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Walking my 'big girls' about 2x-3x a day (they have routes they like, but always back to home). The little girls just get let out in the front yard. Feeding once a day between 4-7pm.
Lots of cuddling and tucking in at bedtime, for my big girls :)
There are washable piddle pads that cover the carpets, as my 20 yo is incontinent (and it's cheaper & easier than diapers), so those get washed 3x a week.
My white girl has a bad leg but gets around fine. The two big girls "speak" Spanish (they're from Mexico and Honduras); the black one only understandsspanish commands.

What are the good features of the property and location

I live in Rogers Park, a quite neighborhood on the far northside of Chicago. My condo is a garden/ground floor unit and everyone consistently says it's "cozy". I'm 1½ blocks from the CTA Red Line, the bus stops at the corner, & just 600 ft away from the beach on Lake Michigan. There's a private courtyard off the kitchen and a communal patio in front yard which I lovingly landscaped.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Females only. My white girl tends to be fearful afraid of men, I believe she was abused by them. My home is non-smoking, as is the property, so prefer you be as well. Also, no drug use, including pot.

Can I bring my own pets?
