We have three cats, which look after themselves,they are on auto feeders,so no worries mainly we need someone living on our property while we are away .

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

You will have very little responsibilities. Mainly just be here ,possibly a little gardening, depending on time of year. Your time will be your own

What are the good features of the property and location

We're approximately 35 minutes from the international airport and train/ bus station. 5 minutes to the nearest bar, supermarket and restaurant.
We are in a very tranquil location, with just the sound of nature and the local farmers for company

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

You must have a car , that is essential as we are not near any bus routes. It is a rural setting but not isolated

Can I bring my own pets?

No, sorry.
