About this assignment

We are a Swiss Couple, retired and have chosen to live in Italy, Piemonte. We look for a open minded, interesting , clean, cautious,nosmoking and petloving person who loves nature, calm and to be able to live in our house in the middle of wineyards with all our animals and plants. The sitter must be self motorized because there is no public traffic.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

A sitter has to treet, feed and stroke our animals as if they were his own.The dogs need every day 2 a walk the cats go by there own.
Our plants need to be watered once/twice a week, the garbich has to be put out for the pickup, the pool and filters needs to be cleaned 2/3 times a week. To fill pellets in our heater if necessary. Our home has to be at our arrival as it was when we left it.

What are the good features of the property and location

Our home ist a renovated farmhouse in the middle of wineyards ca. 700m far of the small village and 250m to the neighbour at the end of a small street. We have good central heating, the kitchen is very well equiped, you are alloud to use everything. The bed is made ready and towels for the bath are also ready. We have excellent testimonials but of an other similar organization

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

You have to know that there is no public traffic to our village of Piemonte Italy you need a car. The shops are 6km far in a village with in plus Pharmacy, Butcher, Bakery, Bank, Postoffice, Doctor, Hairdresser , Restaurants etc. Alba and Asti are little towns with everything.
