My cats need lots of love but they will never bore you :)

I am obsessed with my cats and love them more than anything on this Earth. I'm looking for someone who, even temporarily, can love them the same.

The love attention and are playful.

I will have a full list of things to know about them. They don't have any illnesses or need medication, but they do have some characteristics that need attentiveness. For example, Bonnie loves chewing plastic, which is obviously bad. So just some things to be cognizant of.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Aside from cat duties, the right person will maintain the apartment, keep it clean, and follow the basic house rules. Its a relatively easy place to maintain and a small list will be provided, such as watering the cacti and olive tree. I'm very meticulous about keeping a clean apartment and would appreciate the same level of care.

Things to note re cats. They are using a Litter Robot which is very convenient for cleaning. They also are on a timed feeder. All the details will be provided in person and on a list.

What are the good features of the property and location

Its in Schillerkeiz, which is right next to the former airport turned public space, Tempelhofer Feld. It will be summer and I frankly cannot think of a better location to be than in Schillerkeiz.

Roughly 100sqm of living space, not including the recently added balcony. The balcony faces directly where the sun shines from morning to sunset.

Wifi hovers between 75-100mbps. There is a large office desk in the bedroom that is propped up by an old projecter (see pics). The wide computer screen will be left here and can be used for remote work.

Big screen tv with Netflix, Disney +, Hulu, HBO, and Amazon Prime.

Kitchen with large fridge, dishwasher, toaster over, moka pot and any other kitchen necessity.

There is a supermarket right around the corner (160m) and there is a Saturday farmers market right in the nearby square of Herrfurthplatz (100m) surrounding a church.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

-The apartment is on the 4th floor without stairs.
-Parties are strictly prohibited and my neighbors will inform me if there are any.
- The balcony does not yet have a door installed so access is through the window. Its possible the door will be built by the time May comes around.
- Windows (aside from the very top windows) cannot be open under any circumstances because of the cats. That said, it does not get hot enough to make a difference. The place stays quite cool and insulated from the heat.

Can I bring my own pets?
