What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Feed my cat, clean the litter box and takes the trash out. I also have an automatic feeder so you just really need to prep my cat's food once a day.

My townhouse is just a 10-minute walk to NJ Transit, offering quick and easy access to NYC. You'll also have access to luxury amenities in the neighboring building, including a modern coworking space, a fully equipped gym, a pool, and game rooms—perfect for work, fitness, and relaxation. You can also bring your car, as I have parking spaces available. Also, the pool will be open, and i have a pool pass you can use.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

I live in a stacked townhouse complex, so there may be occasional noise from my upstairs neighbor. However, it’s generally quiet, and the neighborhood is peaceful overall.
