Loving cat person with patience of elderly Enzo who is 20 and talkative Bitsy who is 9. Someone detail oriented and neat. Likes to have cats on the lap and makes sure water is full and litter box is clean every day.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Companion to cats. Wet food for elderly Enzo patiently as he only eats small amounts at a time. Understanding cat behavior and keeping litter boxes clean. Sunday evening put out garbage/recycle cans if necessary. Water lawn/plants when necessary. Enjoying lovely fall colors.

What are the good features of the property and location

Slightly south of the Twin Cities, 1 block from the Minnesota River Valley trails, 5 minutes from MOA. Many lakes and trails nearby. Corner lot in a quiet neighborhood with amazing neighbors who enjoy a chat now and then.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

The needs of an elderly cat (which are minimal as Enzo is a very chill cat) and the potential of some raking of fall leaves. Expectation of cleanliness and privacy but enjoying a comfortable space. Mindful of neighbors but enjoying some socializing.
