Ideally, a trustworthy and responsible person can take care of both the house and my dear Simon, who is the orange cat in the photos and keep the house as you found it.

Feed the cat and treat him with love since he is very affectionate and likes human company, keep the house tidy and clean. Simon and the neighbor's cats often make a bit of a mess on the terrace :-)

The house is located on a mountain surrounded by trees with a view of the sea. The nearest sea outlet is 10 minutes away by car. There are various beaches around which you can also visit. The house is 15 minutes from the airport and 25 minutes from the city of Palermo. Palermo can also be reached by train from the Piraineto station which is 7 minutes from the house.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

It is recommended that Housesitters have a driving license, as you cannot get anywhere in Sicily without a car. A car makes life much easier here, but nearby routes can be done on foot, there are buses that pass through a nearby avenue and the train station is 3 km away and the nearest supermarket is 1.6 km away.
