Two adorable cats seeks house & petsitter in Tampa

About this assignment

We want a house sitter that loves cats and likes a lot of cuddles. That means spending some time a day at the couch. The two cat boys Lupin (the grey one) and Charlie (mixed brown) are very playful, extremely cuddly (preferably at chest area;-), very much into food and they also can have a fight together. Never a dull moment.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Feeding the cats in the evening. In the early morning they have their food from a feeder. Cleaning their (full automatic) litter box, filling the water fountain.
Giving water to our plants. There are about ten plants, divided over living room and terrace/balcony.

What are the good features of the property and location

We have a very nice, spacious apartment with a lot of light. It's a corner apartment with a huge balcony around overlooking the sea from two perspective. We have some nice 'beach'-restaurants quite close.
We ourselves love to play pickleball (free public area in the hood) and in the weekend to walk around the water or paddle board at the springs, that are not that far from the house.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

We'll leave the house clean and neat for you, we would appreciate it's in that same status when we return. There's a robot cleaner for the ground floor. So there's some simple operation/instruction for the machines. The cats both get different food in the evening, one is allergic to a lot. So this only needs a little bit of monitoring.
