What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

To Care for our Animals Poppy and Scooby ( 2 Beautiful friendly German Shorthaired Pointers ( 10 & 8 Years ) to exercise them, and to care for them lovingly, and Smoky our Gorgeous BSH Kitty ( 5 years ) she doesn't need much care mainly feeding & the odd cuddle'
We have 11 Chickens' they will need to be fed and cleaned out daily, they free-range throughout the day in the paddock & Garden area's ..
and to keep clean and look after our Lovely Home ..

Gorgeous Large Semi Rural Cottage In West Somerset on the Coast ..

Good Large Space and area's inside and Out, All Flat and Level, Ample Parking,
Log Burner, and good wifi'
Cosy Bedroom, Nice Kitchen and Bathroom's ..

Enjoy Countryside and Coast in one! Lovely Doggie Company and some Free Range Eggie's ..

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Poppy & Scooby are the Best Company :-)
They Love Snuggles but mostly enjoy Company'
Sitters Must be fairly energetic' happy to walk the doggo's 1-2 times a day' which is right on the doorstep! Off the Lead :)

Sitters must be Happy to chill whilst here and not want to venture off to much as the Dogs do not like being left alone :(
Although we do not mind sitters popping out for a bit, the dogs become v anxious after a couple of hours so it's a must a max of 2-3 hrs at the most is set for them not to be left alone for ..
The Dogs will always be happy to go anywhere with you and there are many dog friendly pubs and eateries locally'
They are very well behaved and obedient ..
They love there exercise in the daytime and ball game, they will always chill when you do and settle well in the early evening for the eve & Night ..

The Area we live in is Beautiful and enjoyable to explore locally on foot/bicycle' Lovely Steart Marshes is also on our doorstep! but it is semi rural so transport is required really for getting around and to town, We are able to collect / drop you off at the local coach / train station if you are unable to get here, no problem ..

Food / shopping deliveries are popular here'
there are a few local convenience stores and pubs within a 8-10 minute drive, the main town is about 22 minutes away ( Bridgwater )

We would Prefer a Couple or Family as the day can be busy with the dogs - Animals etc ..

* We would always Prefer to do a meet & Greet prior to the sit if poss :)

This few days sit would be arrival late afternoon/ early evening of Sunday 3rd of August ..
Departure Morning of Friday the 8th Of August ..
... 2nd Sit later in The Year! ...
Arrival 4th of October 25 late afternoon/early evening ..
Departure 17th October late evening ..


* It may be possible to bring your own doggie if she is a good small-medium female' and ok with dog's, cat's & Chickens :-)
