Secluded 2 bedroom in beautiful setting in Plymouth, MA with 2 cats

About this assignment

I am looking for an individual who is comfortable with no visible neighbors in rural setting and close proximity to a beautiful pond who likes independent (indoor/outdoor as they wish)cats. Will need a car and/or bicycle. I need someone who is comfortable staying for up to two months from late September to late November.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Sitter will care for two adult cats who are neutered male and female siblings. They are indoor/outdoor cats depending on where they want to be and outside temperature. If it snows heavily (rare), sitter will have to call for driveway plowing and clear patio and front door step.

What are the good features of the property and location

Location is 15 minutes by car from downtown historic Plymouth harbor waterfront, grocery store, independent movie theater, an excellent library and ocean beach. Minutes from Cape Cod with car. Internet available. Very quiet except for birds and waterfowl sounds.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Because cats are outdoor cats much of the time, sitter will need to let them in and out and feed them small amounts whenever they want to eat. They can be left for the day or evening, in or out, so that sitter can enjoy the location. House is warm and cozy when temps outside drop.
