About this assignment
We are looking for a responsible person who likes cats and wants to be in a neighborhood that doesn't require a car to get around.
What responsibilities are required of the house sitter
Give our cat food and water (and empty the Litter Robot halfway through the week). We don't expect any packages, but if any arrive we'd ask you to bring them inside.
What are the good features of the property and location
The house is warm with beautiful views. The living room has tall ceilings and a gas fireplace. There is a large deck in back with great views, a heat lamp and a gas grill. Noe Valley is a wonderful neighborhood; the house is close to 24th street's stores & restaurants. Noe Valley is also in the center of San Francisco, so it's easy to get anywhere in the city via public transportation. There are two bus lines within two blocks of the house (the 24 and 35 lines).
What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment
We are new to MindMyHouse, so you won't find any testimonials from prior housesitters - but please get in contact with me and hopefully that will assuage any concerns.

We enjoyed house sitting for Steven and Marissa. Their beautiful home is located in Noe Valley, our favorite San Francisco neighborhood with easy access to public transportation and lots of shops and restaurants. Steven and Marissa were quick communicators and left easy to follow instructions. Gigi was the highlight of our house sit. At first she was shy, but soon we were good friends. She talked to us and was quite a fun cat to enjoy a cuddle and play time. We recommend time with Gigi and would be happy to sit for her again.
