Someone to love and snuggle our babies. Preferably enjoys walks. It’s an apt so they go out twice a day, we live in a very safe, quiet and beautiful area with lots of parks. 5 mins from a river.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Dogs get walked once in morning and and once in evening. They will often need to be let out for a quick pee a third time either early in morning or late evening.
Dogs fed after walk and treat after walk in evening.
Cats fed some wet food whenever you get up and some scoops of food in evening.
They are pretty easy going. We have lots of walking trails and parks with bags and trash bags,

What are the good features of the property and location

Our apartment is in Coburg which is 5 mins from Eugene. Eugene has everything. Downtown is 15 mins. There is a 24hour grocery store 5 mins away and Costco. Our apt has food trucks next door, a delicious bistro downstairs, BBQ place next door, brunch place across the street and cute antique stores, pizza place, all walking distance.
Free parking on site. Security cameras outside and key code to get into building. There is bike storage downstairs. There’s a bus stop less than a block away. Full washer and drier in apt. Dishwasher and all cooking amenities. We are 5 mins from Armitage park with a river, trails, playground etc. 20 mins from airport. Just off I5 that’ll talked you anywhere up and down and an hour from the coast.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

We are on the second floor so there are stairs and no elevator. We are only 5 mins from Eugene but it is just outside so a short driving or bus commute. Uber and all that nice here too.
