I’m looking for a Non Smoker/No Vaping Sitters either a retired couple or those working remotely from home or solo sitter retired or working from home

Garden Care for a small front garden set out with pits as well as a medium size back garden lawned x2 borders & lots of plant pots
Plus x4 plants indoors
Mowing/Weeding/Watering/electric lawnmower provided a hose at the front & back garden lots of plants & plant pots

DBS checked

I’m Enhanced DBS checked ..I’ve just retired from Nursing after a 45yr career

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Caring for my miniature Dachshund who will be 2yrs old at the time of the sit all her immunisations/worming/flea treatments are given monthly so all up to date….. currently she has x 1 egg zapped (scrambled) in the microwave for 30 seconds with 1/4 teaspoon pre/pro biotic sprinkled added after then leave cool before giving to her at breakfast
Then around 4pm she is eating “Years steam cooked food” one portion per day zapped for 15 seconds with added frozen mix veg around 4pm this is on a tray with 7 portions so a weeks supply per tray …kept in the fridge once opened
Fresh water daily
Walking her on her lead & harness …no collar used
She has slept on my bed since day 1 of having her
I would like her to sleep in the bedroom on the bed with you, the bed is a super-king bed & bigger than the guest bedroom room only has a small double bed it is also much cooler in the main bedroom so as to try & keep her routine in check whilst I’m away you’ll have sole use of the bathroom/shower
She loves snuggles on the sofa on your lap
To keep the house clean & tidy
Popping the wheelie bins out on a Thursday evening (collection on Friday morning) Black Rubbish & Brown Garden bin go out alternate weeks on a Thursday evening for collection on Friday morning (collection times vary hence we all pop our bin out the day before collection)
The green recycle bin is collected on the other week again I leave the bin out Thursday due to early collection on the Friday morning

What are the good features of the property and location

A quiet cul-de-sac drive with 4 houses overlooking the meadowside field
Lots of walking here in Whiteley
Local shopping centre Tesco M&S lots of coffee shops restaurants & cinema all within a 5 min walk
Meadowside Field opposite the house for walks
Sunny South Facing back garden which is a lovely sun trap

Clean & tidy home a NON smoking/vaping household due to my health

****I have a severe allergy (EpiPen) please do not cook with chilli peppers paprika or cayenne pepper as this sets off my response to airborne or cross contamination

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

All of the above .. she is very car sick & trembles terribly in the car so no car trips unless it is to the vet in an emergency but you would contact my 2 emergency contacts 24/7 pre visiting the vet as they are my NOK.

Lots of walking here woodland walks/tracks large ponds housing ducks & Swans NAAFI coffee shop
If you have no car I can pick you up from the train station at Swanwick Train Station. either on Saturday 12th or Sunday 13 th September so there is a cross over of 3 days pre my early departure at 0400 as yet I’m undecided whether to leave here the afternoon pre my flight the next day.
