Hello we are Dave and Sofy, we love to travel, and we are looking for relocate, so will need someone who loves cats and is responsible and will take great care of our cats: Johnny and mr. Fluffy, while we are away. They are house cats super sweet and good. :) will need Also some plants watering.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter
The house sitter will have to feed the cats wet food two times a day and fill up his water bowl. Also cleaning the litter box! I'm looking for a bit of plant watering as well, but is Very easy and fast task!
The kitten could be a bit shy at the beginning, but they will be super cute after they know you! They aren't scared cats, they love to play, and have some company! They are 10 years old, so they don't play much like before, but still some play session will be really appreciated :)
They're very affectionate and they love to sleep with us. So the sitter must be ok with it.
What are the good features of the property and location
My property is a two bedroom apartment with kitchen and living room. Is located in Milan's suburbs and it will take about 20 Min by subway to reach the Milan city center. The metro stop is about 5 Min walk from the apartment. The neighbour is very quite and safe. There are many shops for food and groceries close to the house. There is also a bike/pedestrian path close by which will go to the city center or it will go in the country side, till Como lake. It is by a water canal which became a river, and then the lake!
If you'll have a car you can reach Como, Bergamo, and very nice mountains with a lot of trekkings. Everything is at about 40min/ one hour drive. Furthermore Lago maggiore, Liguria, Piemonte are quite close as well by cars or trains.
What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment
Unfortunately We don't have a car to borrow, so if the sitter will come without it, there are a lot of public transports, but keep in mind to be patient with Italian transportation. Of course We'll explain everything. During summer times Milan will become very hot. There are parks, swimming pools or lakes around to chill. The house is also quite fresh because don't have much direct sun.

Overall, my experience was very, very good. Sofia and Davide are a young and open-minded couple — truly wonderful people, very easy to communicate with and extremely kind. They showed me around the neighborhood and gave me very clear instructions about the house, including how to take care of the plants and the cats. They trusted me with their apartment, which is very organized and super close to the green metro line. This makes it easy to reach the center of Milan in just 30–40 minutes. It is a great location to live in if you dont mind to live more in the suburban area, and the neighborhood is very safe. Their pets, Johnny and Mr. Fluffy, are the cutest and friendliest cats. As people usually say, pets are a reflection of their owners 🙂 The cats are a little shy at the beginning, but once they feel comfortable with you on their routines, they will follow you around the house and ask for cuddles all the time. Personally it was important for me to find a place to stay for a few months in Milan and this experience made me feel extremelly gratefull to be receive by such great people and cats. If you are looking for a good place to stay in Milan, I would definitely recommend Sofia and Deiv not only by their accomodation, but because they are genuine good people.
