About this assignment

Competent, easy-going and reliable dog-lovers who would take care of the dogs and keep the house clean and tidy.
Someone that can come on specified dates.
You should be relatively healthy and fit as the town is built on slopes and there are cobblestone streets around the centre.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

The dogs need walks daily to do their business and get some exercise. about 4x day. They dont have to be really long walks (20 min). One is a tri-pawed and she needs medicine (pill) before meals and she gets some extra supplements in her food.
They need to be fed in the morning and evening.
Plants need watering regularly too.
Keep the house clean and tidy.

What are the good features of the property and location

Nice townhouse in the historical centre complete with all household conveniences, comfortable spaces and sunny terrace. All amenities are reachable on-foot. Shopping, wine bar, pizzeria, pharmacy, and restaurant within a short walking distance. Nature walks nearby.

Closest airport is Pescara. (45 min away by car).
Rome airport 3 hours
There are also airport buses from Rome airports to Pescara rail/bus station (3 hours) .
From Pescara you can make a bus connection to MY TOWN, which takes 50min.
There is parking near the house.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

The dates aren't 100% fixed yet. I should know more by 10 March.
You need to love dogs. My dogs love on everyone. They're very friendly and affectionate so if you're indifferent or you don't have experience with dogs, it's definitely not a good fit. They like people and don't like to be locked out of the room.
If you have mobility issues or are not very fit. The town is hilly.
There are cobblestones in my area so if you have mobility problems, you will have issues.
There is public transit to Pescara and other towns in the area.

Can I bring my own pets?

No, sorry.
