About this assignment

We want someone who will enjoy the house while we are away. Responsible person who will enjoy Washington in the summertime and be near parks and other DC attactions.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

The main responsibility will be to water the garden and take care of the inside plants. Also we need someone to bring in the mail and save it for us.

What are the good features of the property and location

This is a detatched house on a dead end street. We are well equipped with WIFI and cable TV. We have wonderful neighbors. The house is walking distance to the Washington, DC metro and to supermarket and restaurants and book stores.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

We want an experienced house sitter who is responsible and follows simple instructions. We have had friends and personal referrals as house sitters in the past and it has workd out well.

Can I bring my own pets?

Yes
Restrictions: Non-shedding dog or cat.
