What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Responsibilities are to to look after and play with the cats, who are really no trouble. The occasional watering of house plants and to keep the apartment clean.

What are the good features of the property and location

Centre of Barcelona.
Two lovely easy cats.

Great views over the city.

Modern clean newly refurbished apartment.
Double bedroom.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

This is a super well located apartment in a gorgeous city. I will be away for a two to three months but the dates are not super fixed. There may be an overlap of a couple of days either side of my dates for the trip, where I am in the apartment.
The apartment is given rent free for the purpose of cat sitting only and no other use can be conducted here.
A contract according to Spanish law, will be provided in both English and in Spanish.
The bills must be kept within the range that they are now and any excesses will need to be reimbursed. I doubt that there will be but this is just a precaution, the previous three months bills will be provided to demonstrate typical use.

Can I bring my own pets?
