What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Please keep the villa clean; we don't like bugs, so we empty the trash frequently.

What are the good features of the property and location

We live in a resort community. With surfing beaches all around. We have a private pool villa with lots of plants, a nice community gym, tennis courts, and a community center with a huge pool, a billards table, a clubhouse with an entertainment center, and a kids' club.
Our villa is two stories and has two bedrooms. microwave, coffee maker, modern kitchen. You will have the use of one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a king-size bed, high-speed internet, and basic cable TV. It is very quiet at night.

Our villa has all modern amenities and private security and guards. We are located just 17 minutes north of Canggu and all the nightlife. And only 50 meters from the beach with cliffside restaurants, pubs,

We are close to surf, paddle ball, yoga, restaurants, spas, and great beach resorts and beach clubs. 45 mins by car to waterfalls, monkey park, rice terraces, whitewater rafting, tubing...and tons more.
There is a housekeeper 1x a week and a pool guy 2x a week. Since we have no pets, traveling around Bali to see the sights is fine with us,

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

** If you're not in Bali, please consider flight costs if traveling to Bali.
We only run the ac at night when we are not in the room we turn it off We kindly ask that the sitter take care of the electricity cost.

Can I bring my own pets?
