About this assignment

We are looking for someone who loves cats and wants to take care of our cat, Effe who is 3 years old. Effe is very social and loves to go out.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

You will feed Effe, allow him to go out, play with him and most importantly cuddle with him! You will also water the plants and make sure the house is clean.

What are the good features of the property and location

We live in a nice area with a lot of nature, the beach is 15 min away by foot, Stockholm's city centre is 30 min away with the subway

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

You need to like cats and want to discover (or re-discover) Stockholm and the surroundings! You are calm and have good recommendations for cat sitting.

Can I bring my own pets?

One of my best experiences with the sweet Effe

This assignment was a true dream ! Effe is absolutely adorable ! He is so cute and affectionate ! He was sleeping with me and went cuddling every morning and evening while I was in my bed. I spent 3 weeks with him and it was so heartbreaking when I left :( The owners Francis and Susanna are very friendly and welcoming. They explained to me all I needed to know about Effe habits, the house and gave me a lot of tips about the things to do and see in the area. I was working from home and the environment was very quiet and the house very peaceful to work in ! Stockholm is only 20 minutes by metro, so I really enjoyed the city ! Mälarhöjden, the neighborhood, is amazing as well with a lake, a beach, a lot of pathes to walk, cafés etc.. My cat-sitting assignment with Effe was very memorable, one of my best experiences ! Thanks a lot Francis & Susanna !
