Our house has an open space on the ground floor with a kitchen, living room, and bathroom, two master bedrooms and a bathroom on the top floor, and a washing machine and a gym with various sports equipment in the basement. There is a guest room available. Wi-Fi throughout the house
The house is in a small village, about 45 km from Vienna, Austria.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

A certain degree of mobility is required, as the house has a basement, ground floor and attic, and stairs also lead to the garden.
There's an infrequent bus to the nearest larger town, Stockerau, 14 km away. The S-Bahn (commuter train) to Vienna is 5 km away. This takes you to the center of Vienna in about 50 minutes. We can provide an e-bike.
