What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

General oversight
Mow, water and general up keep of small grass yard, tree area and flowers.
Care for (feed/watering/clean up and if any medications need to be given) to 3 outdoor cats, 2 outdoor dogs (cats and dogs neutered) 4 chickens and 1 duck daily.
Light housekeeping
Trash and recycling
Security of the property
Occasional check-ins Phone/email's

What are the good features of the property and location

Very relaxed and quiet home only 1 mile from town, 15 miles to Clayton Lake and Dinosaur tracks. Beautiful view of grasslands and Rabbit Ear volcano mountain and canyons, Close to mountains, 3 hours to Taos and Santa Fe, 2 hours to Amarillo Texas airport, 1.5 hours to Ute Lake. Gun shooting range 2 miles. Critical Care Access/Level 4 Trauma Hospital.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

It is 3,200 square foot home
Normal upkeep required
Dogs are easy going, cats mellow, chickens and duck easy
Will need to check in on occasion
Reasonable care for upkeep of property
It is rural location and there are snakes (including rattle snakes), coyotes, and other animals and critters on occasion.
No gun shooting on premises.

Can I bring my own pets?
