Beautiful House on a hill

About this assignment

I'm looking for someone reliable and flexible, who will keep the house clean. I'm desperately trying to sell the house, so it's important that the place is kept as nice and tidy as possible. I recommend a 4x4. If you do not have access to a vehicle, this place is not suitable unfortunately. Please only reach out if very serious. I need someone right away, preferably who is already in Costa Rica and comfortable with rainy season in Costa Rica.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

I'd love that you make sure that the place doesn't flood... this requires a little bit of upkeep with a shovel. I have a mortgage on the property, I can pay that, but I'm looking for someone who can pay their own expenses. There are no pets to take care of

What are the good features of the property and location

It's located 25 minutes drive from Tamarindo and Junqillal. It's up a small mountain with beautiful views.
Lovely neighbours, lots of nature.... this means animals and bugs and everything that goes along with a jungle.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

I have a mortgage on the property which I'm paying monthly, I'm looking for someone willing to pay for their expenses (internet, hydro, etc.) while staying there. You will need a 4x4 to safely access the house. It's rainy season, there will be a little bit of upkeep required to keep things dry.
