What are the good features of the property and location

A comfortable house in a very quiet rural area, adjacent to a forest, suitable for long walks and birdwatching and teeming with butterflies and other wildlife.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

A car is essential - the nearest town is 45 minutes walk away. The nearest large supermarket is 14 minutes drive away in Ansião.
