What are the good features of the property and location

It has a nice garden & surrounding parkland for walks. A light rail at the top of our park will take you to city centre in 45 minutes.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

I have a rescue dog who needs a 45 minute walk twice a day. Duke can be alone, not for more than 5 hours.

Can I bring my own pets?
