About this assignment

Somebody who is responsible. I do not have any pets. However, I have pot plants and therefore it would be fantastic if there is someone out there with green fingers.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Please look after my apartment by keeping it clean and watering my potted plants. Enjoying the apartment and taking care of it as if it were their own.

What are the good features of the property and location

My apartment is on the Western side of Singapore. It is not in the touristy part of Singapore, and you will see how most people actually live in this tropical paradise. However, I am surrounded by nature. Just outside the apartment is the famous Railway Corridor. Across the road is Hillion Mall with hundreds of restaurants and shops. Also across the road from my apartment building is an MRT station and a few bus stops.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

It is not very close to the tourist sites (about a 30 to 45 minute trip). Therefore, if you are interested in an active nightlife, you will have to travel.

Can I bring my own pets?

No, sorry.
