Consciousness people who love animals especially puppies. Peaceful people who enjoy living in quiet natural settings. Those who will be mindful of the space and my gentle soul, Bo Jackson ( german shepherd puppy)

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

No off property walks required. There is a dedicated potty zone on properly. No walking off property. After potty break he can go off leash and roam the property freely with supervision.
House Sitting WITHOUT the puppy is an option if absolutely necessary i can board him but truly hope be will be blessed to stay in his environment. The only requirement is to spend every night at the house and not leave Bo alone for extended and provide plenty of water for him. He loves it. He enjoys a field-trip to the River Beach to chase tadpoles but that isn’t a requirement. His Vet is in San ignacio but I don’t expect to need any visits. His vaccinations are current.

What are the good features of the property and location

Cozy two story 2 bedroom two bath home with carport, l The property sits on 3 acres 1 of which is safely fenced in. House sits atop a hill with a large 2nd story veranda with an amazing view. Catch the sunset and bird watch everyday. The yards park like setting with avocado trees, Banana , and various other fruit trees is truly an Oasis. Private and quiet, the last house on the road.. I will leave my vehicle for shopping trips and an occasional day excursions.. security cameras cover every angle to help you feel safe up on the hill alone. Its not fancy or opulent but it is comfortable, gets a great breeze, it feels like living in a treehouse and everyone loves the peace they feel when they cone thru the gate. I don’t have dryer instead i choose to dave energy by hanging my clothes on the veranda clotheslines to dry. The house is supplied with natural spring water which one can drink for showering cleaning etc, but i bring in bottled water for drinking and cooking. There are living quarters on the first floor with a guest room, full bathroom, refrigerator, and some electric cooking appliances. 2 hammocks and a small sofa on the veranda provide options for napping or working while catching a nice breeze. Hi-speed internet available and wifi for work and play. I. Fact a previous tenet from the UK worked remotely here. The outdoor area is vast with a parklike setting . 1 acre is fenced in the rest is cleared of underbrush, and great for exploring. There is a portable AC in the bedroom and a split unit in the living area. I never use these as i prefer the natural breeze coming through the 9 windows covering all sides of the house. Bring your paddle board and take it to the River beach which is 20 mins away.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

You would have the use of my vehicle. I have no dryer, i prefer to save energy and hang my clothes on the veranda clothesline. There are two showers, no tub. The place is private, neighbors . cannot see you unless they drive by.
I will arrange my flight to provide airport transportation and a quick tour of the surrounding amenities. Grocery store, bank, restaurant etc
