About this assignment

We are looking for a responsible adult/couple who will treat our animals with love and respect. We expect the house to be kept clean.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Feed animals, walk dog, maintain cleanliness in home. Litter box cleaned every 2 days.
House sitter will need to go to transfer station with their garbage.

What are the good features of the property and location

We live in a nice home in woods with a brook running alongside the home. A short walk out the backyard is a beautiful clean lake that is great for paddle boarding, kayaking and swimming. Paddle boards and kayaks available. 1/4 mile from driveway is a bike path that is part of the East Coast Greenway. Our home is approximately 30 minutes outside Hartford CT.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Our dog Ranger will need a walk each day. He is a gentle well trained pup. The cats are indoor cats. You will have access to our car for errands.
