About this assignment

We are looking for a trustworthy and responsible individual or couple to house and dog sit for us. The sit is from August 1 to September 6 in the Jacksonville/St Augustine area of North Florida.

This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in visiting North Florida while enjoying the company of 2 friendly dogs!

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Dog Care: our dogs are both terrier mixes ages 6 and 7. They enjoy walks, treats, and lots of love and attention.

Tortoise Care: our 2 red footed tortoises live in a small area outside and just need fresh fruit or vegetable every other day.

House Care: General tasks like keeping the house tidy.

What are the good features of the property and location

Free accommodation in a comfortable 3 bedroom/3 bath home with a pool in the Durbin Crossing community located in North Florida between Jacksonville, Florida and historic Saint Augustine, Florida.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Experience with dogs (and love for animals is a must!).
